hit\stab sound...where and how to get it?

yall know what im talkin about...the sound dre used alot and the tunes too...give me an information where can ifind it...i use software so anything in sampletank\akai\kontakt\wav\sf2\giga library format will be cool...

I don't know if there would be a specific sound that you could find. Maybe a combination of sounds are layered on top of each other and that's what you want? You could find some hits like that in some soundfonts, if not you could dig for them....

What kind of sound exactly?

Sample some orchestra, or that 60's big band swing, they usually start their songs with a hit or stab and also before they breakdown, but its probally a sounddisk or preset on something like that,

Are you talking about, the stab like for "In the Club" right'
