How do I sync acapellas in Protools??

Hitz here...been a long time. but my question is, how do i do this? i have Talib Kweli's "good morning" and Jay-Z's "Cant knock the Hustle" and a bunch others.. i know these are hard MC's to remix, cause of their flows, but how do i go about doing this in Pro Tools. i know a metronome is needed..

Create a mono aux track. Insert a click plug in and adjust the tempo of the session as needed.

lol, already tried it, i just need practice. plus Kweli spits really complex anyways

get the original and use the beat identifyer to discover the tempo and then just sync the acapella with the original
