How do you do a running pan in pro tools?

Is there anyway that i can do a running pan in pro tools? Reason does this easy but i need to do this ish in pro tools please anyone help

you have to turn , well the way I know, the "auto " from read to write...Then pan it as it PLAYS how you want it, then when you hit stop and play it back itll do it...
Sorry Im watchin tv and there are prolly better methods but that IS one..

exactly, you need to record the automation....or FX like the S1 imager(if you have waves) plug can be automated too.....thats probably the way to go right there....also one more....the Enigma is dope if you mess around and get the flanging under control the shit works great for panning.

on the edit screen...lood at the track u want to pan.....where it says "Waveform"....switch this to panning...now u can use any of the tools like pencil,line, square tool...etc..draw the manning....drawing up is left and down is right.....u can use the grid to maie it more precise
