I Need Help With Mpc 2000 Xl

Someone Please Help Me! I Just Recently Bought An Akai Mpc 2000 Xl And Im A Novice To Beatmaking. I Made The Other Day Some Sequences And Saved Them To Midi File 0 On My Zip Drive Disk. Then The Next Day When I Went To Open Them, I Cannot Hear Them. Is There Some Reason For That? I Really Appreciate Any Feedback Because Im Frustrated!!!

u gotta load the sounds first b4 u load the sequence remember MIDI has no sounds only DATA if u have the Flash ROM tha sounds load up automatically but anyway load the sounds first then load the Sequence file

Rule 1 MIDI has no sound,

When saveing a track u have to save the sequnce AND u have to save the programs(which have all the sounds) otherwise when u load up the midi files nothing will play casue there are no sound to go along....

Save All sequneces and songs
Save all programs and sounds

Read the manual, this is basic stuff that is explained in detail
