That shit was super tight.. The funny thing is i never paid attention to this cat.. I just got my scratch mag in the mail yesterday and that article on him in there had me lookin and listenin to his shit... This cat is dope me, and he's a real str8 forward no bullshit type of guy which makes it real dope... People like that are good in hip hop, i think... They know what they want and don't want another person embarking on there vision... But yo good looks on the video class, that was a good watch...

Yea i was the same way, ive heard the cats name before but i never really checked for him until recently.

Now his stuff isent my cup of tea AT ALL but i definaly respect the cat as a musican and producer.
Acutally i see alot of myself in him (atleast from what i saw in the video)

I f you dont got it yet, you should get Madvillainy. Its one of the best albums i ever got and completely produced by madlib. He got a real orignial style and sound and i respect that cuz its hard to come up with crazy ideas like he has.

Madvillainy is mad dope. Also check out Quasimoto , the unseen. and Check out Jaylib Champion Sound ( thats the J Dilla and Madlib collabo) Madlib is my fav producer, he is damn creative and he works hard too.
Plus hhe doesn't only sample , he also plays intstruments, Check out Yesterdays New Quintet ( Its this "virtual band" jazz band where Madlib plays all the instruments.

Damn I've become a male groupie.
