My TTUSB not coming up with sound?

Finally put my USB turntable back to work.. I'm trying to listen to the joints before putting them into maschine, but cannot hear it..at all...inside or outside maschine...I could record it...because it detects the audio signal, but I have to let the whole thing record before I could even listen to it.

Am I just better off just getting the RCA to 1/4" adapter and plugging it into my mbox rather than connecting via USB?

i have a usb turntable that i had to download asio4all to get it to work. maybe you havnt set the output to the turntable? idk nuttin bout machines tho

asio4all sucks so bad, in maschine go to your audio/midi settings and enable the inputs on the TTUSB

Yeah..I checked that at first...but ASIO4ALL isn't something used for Mac.

I tried....


I can get signal and it actually records, but I'm not getting any sound out of it...


I think I'm better off just getting an RCA to 1/4" adapter and running it into my mbox.

yea that's what I would do. I can think of a few other ways to make it work, but that is the easiest.

Yeah..got the adapters...getting a small amount of noise...but it's cool.
