NBA MVP- Chris Paul or Kobe Bryant?

I hate Kobe, but I think he deserves an MVP award.

The thing is -- Chris Paul is really really good. In fact, if I didn't have Lakers bias, I would probably vote for Paul, he's unbelievable.

MAAANNNN!!! this is such a tuff call. being that i have Chris Paul bias (cause he's from my hometown). Chris Paul has taken the Hornets from nothin to like that. But Kobe has done the same with the Lakers this year. Remember about a year ago he was puttin out speculations for a trade.

I think my deciding factor came when the Lakers got the top seed in the west. If the Hornets would have got it I'd be like CP3 all day!!!

Kobe should have had the MVP a couple times in the past, but i also dont think the MVP should be handed over on some lifetime acheivement award , and Chris Paul is gonna get one in time to come tip. But it is what it is. It hearts me to say but, KOBE.

But.... watch Chris Paul play, he is just as amazing as Kobe. He might not have the same swagger and he isn't as fun to watch as Kobe but he is just as effective and a great catalyst for his team. And he's not an asshole like Kobe is.

Chris Paul's team is weak compared to LA but look how much more better he makes everyone around him. He is the new Steve Nash. I think he is the clear MVP. I mean, offensively he is unstoppable and he plays great defense. I think he leads the league in steals. Just watch him play. He does shit nobody does. Makes the ball handler pick up his dribble and then intercepts the pass to the center down low on the block and then runs down to the other end and scores. Seriously? And he's like the smallest motherfucker on the floor son. He had like a 32 point night and 17 assists. Who the fuck plays like that?

And then put it in perspective. He is taking it to the Dallas Mavericks. Dallas mutherphuk'n Mavericks bro.

I disagree about Penny...its unfair to say he sucked without Shaq because he had a career altering injury. He was one of the many considered "the next Jordan", so you got to give him some credit. Plus he has worked his *** off to get back from his injury.
