What's the deal? Why havent my ol skool, b-boys and b-girls mention anything about the new Beastie Boys album.... Those kats are dope and very creative w/ their money, always on the edge of the envelope.... There like the white OutKast.... no offense to anyone.... I know I'm getting it just because.... I always like to see where they're headed and coming from...Check out their website for a dope as interview....

Yeah, the beasties are good stuff, whenever I listen to Hello Nasty it makes me wanna go make an albums worth of stuff, then I can never quite match up. Not seen all that much promo stuff for the new album though, definitely one to check out though.

Yeah I love the way they can lay it down one second playing some funky guitar riffs, than some fast punk rock, then some hip hop as well. I alawys remember sitting in my room about 4 years old loving the fight four your right video...licensed to ill is one of my favorite albums of all time

Licensed to Ill is immortal. I'm still playin' that in my car. Paul Revere is one of my all-time favorites. Love that reverse beat.

I dunno about skill or whatever, but they have the WORST voices in all of rap. Straight up annoying as all hell.

Whether or not you like their voices, you've got to appreciate their innovations in recording. Their use of alternative mic techniques and mad effects on everything gives them an edge. The mics they use are from toys R Us, but they get phat sound out of em. And there is nobody better live.
