redrum pattern question

Is it possable program patterns in redrum with midi keyboard? also how exactly is this done? I want to loop the pattern over and over agian like if I sent a pattern from redrum to the track. I have tried to search for a answer but no luck. Thanks

after u paste the pattern to the track just copy paste to how many bars u want it

oh yeah
and yes it is possible to make the drums with a midi keyboard
just put the sounds in the redrum
and instead of putting them in thestep sequencer in the redrum
just hit the keys on the midi keybaord
and u should be able to hear them
once u do that
just press record play
and decide what u want to laydown first
