sonar 7 no sound

You really need to start reading the manuals.
I assume that you are asking which of the options you should choose.
So....
Connect your audio output leads(the ones that go to the amp/speakers) to the output1/2.
Then choose realtek hd audio output [WaveRt] 1/2
Your sound card has 4 stereo outs. 1/2 3/4 5/6 7/8
Make sure its wired correctly and it should work.

i dont have a sound card i need to buy a sound card to use sonar 7 i cant use the sound card that came with my computer

My advice to you, being as you are so new to making beats.

I would suggest getting a program like hiphop ejay, this introduces you to a couple ideas involved in making beats.
Arranging samples, beat structure, beat timing. These are some of the most basic things when it comes to making beats. Its a good way to start getting to understand the basics.
And I cant see any reason why it shouldnt work with the soundcard your computer has.
I wouldnt advise going out and spending loads of money to make beats until your sure its something you want to do.
Dont worry about your beats being crap at first, everyone makes crap at first.
It takes a long time to develop a full arsenal of tricks/ways of making a beat, you need dedication and put in a lot of time. And all while everyone says your beats are crap, it takes a hard skin at first, so thats where the dedication comes in.

I really liked the drum machine that came with Hip Hop ejay...for some reason the sound came out really raw, but yeah HH ejay is a good way to start.
