Souncloud with samples

How is Soundcloud regarding having samples in your beats? Are they like Youtube where the just nail you for every copyright under the sun?

I have gotten stuff pulled from soundcloud and I don't have all that many followers. I also have stuff up now that is not cleared and they havent noticed. I would just flip that sample good and see how it goes.
