Sounds in HD Usage Rights...?!

Does anyone know what the usage rights for their sample packs are??? (Including their demo kits)

Does anyone know the usage rights for other software instruments/DAWS etc.

Wanna make sure I'm fully in my right to release material using the sounds contained in software I use.

you can use them in your music, just can't re-sale the kits as kits on their own

all of the samples installed with daws are royalty free and free to exploit with your productions (resale on sample kits not allowed indeed).
