The Global Warming bs being shoved down everyone's throat is amazing.

In 1997 Frederick Seitz, a past president of the National Academy of Sciences circulated a petition among United States scientist that read this....

"There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate".

The petition got 19,200 different signatures.

Combined that with the fact that the one of the biggest factors in the change of climate and any so-called "global-warming" effects is the Ocean Conveyor, which modern science knows very little about.

Not to mention that anybody claiming that humans have effected the global climate at such a rate when we've only been releasing "greenhouse" gases for what? 150 years? Is absolutely insane. Simple logic should tell you this.

Not to mention the fact even if you extended as far back as the 1600's. An average of the earth's temperature is such a small sample giving the vast history of earth that no reasonable evidence could be extracted from it. It would be like trying to find a trend in person's life when all you have is one second of their existance to base your conclusion on.

All the above is mentioned without the most obvious..... Earth is and has been coming out of an ice age for millions of years! Were I'm sitting now in Denver, CO used to be beachfront property to the ocean!

Think in terms of incentives. If scientist admitted there was no greenhouse effect, do you know how many unemployed and unfunded scientists there will be. A lot.

Yeah thats right so common sense will tell us that the weather can only get warmer.
Besides of all the gasses they chose they chose carbon dioxide, air for plants which in turn the plant thru photo synthesis creates oxygen, air for us and animal life.

Now the motive as is becoming very apparent right now is that they are going to use the climate as an excuse to tax the hell out of us so they can pay for the ever more obvious one world government. ie world police force and army(NATO).
I saw announced on bbc news yesterday that we already have a new EU police force. Its insane to have people from abroad policing us at home. Foreigners have no qualms about being brutal to people from another country if whipped up into enough of a frenzy by propaganda. Just look at all the wars lately as testament to that.
As for the environment, geologists have studied rock formations that go back for many years along with ice core samples that can show to a certain extent weather patterns from many years ago that show the climate has been up and down for millions of years.
A mammoth was found in ice, its stomache contents were examined, and it had just eaten warm climate plants.
The only way this would be possible would be if it was frozen very rapidly, i have heard 2 theories for what happened, either the outer crust of earth shifted around the planet displacing continents, causing a rapid freezing. Or like some propaganda i saw that said it happened when the 'gulf stream' coveyer system failed due to too much fresh water caused by global warming(the propaganda aspect of the whole drama) stopping its natural flow due to diluting the salt content too much and so stopping the drop of the water as it gets to the arctic, which is highly possible altho the info was in a propaganda drama. They think that is what caused the ice age. But when it comes to things that far into unrecorded history, how can anyone really claim to know what happened. We can only guess and imagine.
As for global warming, dont beleive the hype. Its just some bullshit plan to tax the hell out of us.

Yeah I watched road to tyranny a few years ago, it was very informative. I like Alex Jones because he uses the culprits own documents and actions to prove his case. Hes very very credible as are most of the guests on his show.
He opened my eyes to the world as I never knew it was but can now see it plainly as it is.

What we all want to be is happy, and content. We all acheive that in different ways and some of us never acheive it. Or what they thought would make them happy is not what they expected it to be, so find different ways to acheive happiness and contentment. I agree we are competetive, but its that competetiveness that is one of our greatest assets and greatest downfalls. For example ....a beat battle.
The competetiveness of a beat battle brings the best out of the people taking part, they innovate to make that beat hotter than the next mans, not always successfully but they try no less.
And in war great technological leaps are made. But also in our competetiveness we have war. War is competetiveness taken to the extreme and is our downfall.
The things that we think will make us happy are subliminally drummed into us through the tv and media sources. Example being 'bling'. And endless daytime tv shows about buying and selling property.
Being rich wont necessarily make you happy, and neither could fame. They can make you comfortable yes, but happy and content is a state of mind, not size of bank balance.

I'm sorry 2good, Mandamyth et al; I think I gotta disagree with you on this.

First of all we've got yearly average temperature measurements from ice cores going back thousands of years not just to the 1600s and this warming is unprecedented especially in how rapid it has come on. Yes the earth's temperature changes but gradually not instantly. One mammoth frozen is an anomaly not proof; especially when we already know the average temperature for the planet at that time.

Secondly we're not coming out of an ice age we're in the middle of one. This period of nice weather we've had for the last few thousand years is just a blip in the middle of an ice age. It's quite common for this to happen during ice ages and in fact we are overdue for a freezing over not a warming up.

Common sense should tell you that the amount of crap we pump into the atmosphere is gonna have a negative effect. The amount of shit coming out of cars, factories, power plants etc is phenomenal. Come and have a look what's going on in some parts of this country. Shit is fucking scary as.

Yes the people running shit want to keep us down etc. You won't get any argument from me on that but remember: 10 years ago these were the same people telling us that Global Warming is a myth and there was no need to limit emissions etc. Now it just suits them to say the opposite especially when it's hard to deny cause anyone with eyes can see shit is changing.

Also, as for it being cold or warm where you are: when talking about global warming we're only talking about a few degrees. It doesn't necessarily mean hotter weather all the time at all it just means the balance is getting all fucked up; resulting in unseasonal warmth, hurricanes, floods, cold snaps etc, (like what's happening now).

Oh yeah, 2 fly, it's our instinct to survive and find happiness not to fuck each other over or be better than everyone, that's just ego.

i'm in the same boat. i just think it's so complicated, and at this point it's really too hard to determine what's the cause of the rising temperatures, and we're not the only planet that's heating up right now. there's way too many variables that determine a planet's climate and temperature to just come out and accuse x, y, and z. lol and don't get me wrong, i'm all for conservation and controlling the amount of waste humans put out.
