Vinyl??? GOOD & BAD

ok. i wanted to get into diggin' some old records right? but the shit hole that i call home is hella tiny. how da f*ck do some of you keep your records? remember im dealing with extremely little space here. thanks! any advice would be great!

steal some milk crates and stack em, you could have 200 or 300 records in a small corner....

i fit about 70 records in one crate, times that by the 7 crates i have in my room = alot of fucking records

Keep your records in their sleeves, and keep them upright.

So many times in the summer i've left records laying around in my room, it gets dead hot and the records warp :-(

buy or build yourself some shelves. u can stack crates (on it's side, the shorter end), but only about 3 crates high cuz then the bottom crate will start to bend from the weight. i have twelve crates full of records.. and a 3 tear shelf full of records, and 4 record bags full too..

this is a turntable table I built from old wood laying around the house.
it is not pretty but it is functional. the turntable on top with my mixer and sampler on the right height and some records beneath it.

I got one of these at Sears for $27.99. I dont remember seein a Sears in LA so if you can't find one, go to Target or Wal-Mart.

I don't know, but it would take a while to fill that up, and it wont waste your 'almost touching the ceiling' space, cuz its real tall.
