volume conversions 1-100 & 1-127

does anyone know how to convert the volumes to decibels? as in on the volume scale 1-100 how many decibels would lets say 50 be. and for the 1-127 how many decibels would 115 be? its hard to make beats with good levels when you dont know where your instruments are peakin. esp on a keyboard. thanx

On the scale from 1-100 if 100 is supposed to be the loudest point before possible audio distortion, then I think 100 equals Zero Decibles.

I was reading a mastering tutorial online and it said "the highest peak is around 0 dB already, which means that normalization will accomplish nothing."

dB add cumulative, there's no exact calculation, that's why we have Vu bridges.
