Warzone signup issue

The main issue was last week's battle was the signups since it was first-come, first-serve. If I let everyone signup then I would have to go through all the signups and decide who's in. That's time consuming.

So what we could do is have it first-come, first-serve, but instead of only allowing 16 signups, I'll make it 32. But I'll give preference to those that didn't compete in the last one. Basically, if you competed in the previous battle and you signup again for the next one, you might not get in because preference would be given to someone who didn't have a chance last time.

I think this seems fair, what do you think?
