what the hell...

anyone got any tutorials on sonar 5 (or 4). like for straight up begininers... its nothing like cubase or reason (obviously) and i couldnt figure it out for shit. I tried to look for tutorials and they wanted me to pay, so i continued my search. now i ask you guys, any help ?

There aren't many tutorials out there for Sonar, and practically nothing for free, but there is a forum where you can pose some questions. The forum isn't bad as long as you indicate that you made an attempt to use the manual or the help files to search for a solution. I did see a couple of things on You Tube, but no beat making things like you see with Reason, Cubase, and FL Studio.

What kind of problems are you having? Were you at least able to set it up to use your sound card? Having trouble with MIDI?
