    i think a lot of people sleep on the slicer. in my opinion this is a wonderful tool and extends your possibilites and allows you to really play with your samples

    what do you look for in a sampling cd ??

    like copenhagen i look for multisample cds, which allow me to come up with my own ideas. some loops on these cds are nice, but it lacks exclusivness and creativitiy in my opinion. I look for rather exotic sounds, that stand out from all the average string, piano etc. stuff.
