do you FINISH your beats?
I don't think a beat is ever finished. You can always go back and changed things as you see fit. I have beats that I've started months ago and they are still work in progress. Don't delete anything, no matter how it sounds cause you can always go back and touch it up later. -

Oxygen8 vs Ozone
Anyone familiar with these MIDI controllers? M-Audio's Oxygen 8 & Ozone Which you think would be the better investment? I read the specs and all that stuff but am still not sure which one would fit me. Thanks! -

Yeah, I'll listen to anything as long as it's hot. Right now, there's a lot of hot shhh coming out of Puerto Rico. Spanish hip-hop is hot, for those that understand it. It reminds me of the golden era of hip hop here in NYC.- Rob-Les

Reason and Cool Edit Pro..
Seems like CEP is the shhh. I want to get it, but can't find it. I know Adobe put out Audition which is the samething. Anyone knows where I can find the last version of CEP? I tried ebay, but didn't trust it. Thanks in advance! -

Oh damn! They're asking for $200+ for that shh. I think I read that if you have CEP2 or higher you can update to Audition for only $99...wow! Thanks! -

Pending Beats
I suffer from that myself. What I do is...once I get bored or stuck..I just stop and pick it up another day. I have 20 plus beats in progress and sometimes I don't mess with them for months. Then one day I open them up and it just flows. Aight! One! -
