Recording with no vocal booth
I've got a behringer b1 condenser mic and no vocal booth. I record just clean without any fx of compresion in my computer and add anything I want later in the mix of my track. it works for me. the mic does have a low cut on it that I use against low rumble during recording. -

I used to make music on the commodore 64 with fast tracker about 12 years ago. the first piece of equipment I bought was my drumcomputer the boss dr 550 mk2 and a crapy ass beltdriven turntable with a cheap ass mixer, but I managed to learn how to scratch with it. -
