    The sample is from Valerie Simpson - Silly Wasn't I. The part HI Tek used was towards the end of the Valerie simpson song. It's just basically choppin it up. I also used that same sample in one of my old videos too.

    unlike the Mpc2000, the 1000 doesn't have autochromatic which spreads the sample to each note of the keys to be played. my only remedy is to play the bass from the motif which you'd have to set the PGM to OFF and assign the sound to a certain channel like 1A, 2A etc....

    Music's going to change no matter what. It's going to keep expanding and I understand that most music we hear today sounds like shit, but let's face it, that's how our parents probably felt about the music we listened to growing up. It's a different generation of music listeners now.
