    Anybody here using this?

Are VST3 plugins 64bit only? Plus, all the developers hate VST3. Both host developers and plugin developers

    Black Friday

It started out as a inside shoppers secret. Well word spreads further and further and thanks to the web 2.0 model of the internet now, the word spread like wild fire. With the remarkably high turn out, franchises take advantage and advertise "deals" (which, btw isn't really great deals anymore...

Female Cuban American MC looking for quality beats

Yea, that song is way better now. Following I haven't really posted any beats as of late. Constantly in new projects, small and big. Anyway, I'll see what I upload to box.net and email. This goes for all the rest o' you *points around the room* I don't horde ALL of my beats for myself and TeeJei

Off Topic Are Deejays a Dying Breed?

Alot of DeeJay's have gone into production too. I wouldn't say the DeeJay is dead. They are few in numbers as applies to hip-hop genres. Seem's like anyone with 'DJ' in front of their name is doing stuff like dubstep, house, techno, (psy-)trance, IDM etc.

    FL Studio Mobile for Android

So they finally have something to show. Sweet. Hopefully this will get others to follow Image-Line's lead instead of everyone crying the Android can't handle audio or that it's only coded in Java, the platform has come a long way from 1.5

Need help for hardware, Mad respect

I wasn't planning on doing so just yet. But I went ahead and uploaded a scratch track I done with Gross Beat via SoundCloud. I want to do a/an (mini)album with this as there are currently no good examples of Gross Beat "Scratching" no are there any good presets for such a thing. Anyway...

Need help for hardware, Mad respect

Agreed But, keeping in mind it's still going to take much learning and practice. If you just want to add scratches to some beats but not really do it on the regular check out Image-Line's Gross Beat, that's easier and much cheaper. It's not going to be the same as actually scratching, so...

    Advice?

Am I the only one that uses winamp??? It's only the best music player out there for computers and mobile. Not to mention you dont even have to hook your phone up to your computer to sync if you have wifi.

    Advice?

If you really want a tablet, I'd look at the Archos Gen 9 tablets But honestly, a netbook IS technically better (bigger harddrive, more ram, better cpu, windows 7+, etc) and is actually cheaper. It really all depends on what you're looking for, if you need the power you can get from a...

    Advice?

Honeycomb (Android 3.x) is tablets only, the upcoming Ice Cream Sandwich (4.x) will be both Tablets and Phones. The only real thing about Android is, while there are music production apps for the platform they aren't as good as say Intua Beatmaker or iMaschine, but ImageLine is developing an FL...

It looks good, but what are you working with now?

    WHAT!?!?! iMaschine??

Isnt the real point of it is to serve as a sketchpad and when you get to Maschine on your computer you can plug it up and load it on the real deal?

    Akai mpd26?

They are the same, the real complaint is that they aren't as sensitive due to more space between the pads and the sensors.
