    For everybody that samples, what's your usual process. Do you just search for loops and add drums and a baseline, or do you just hunt for individual stabs and sounds. Also how do you guys go about chopping the sample and rearanging, so it sounds like something totally new. I'm Really getting...

    i'm new to reason and i havn't messed with the spider yet, but this book i'm looking at says its an audio merger and splitter. so you can merge 4 inputs to 1 output, or split 1 audio input into 4 ouputs.

    yo i just bought the 49e last week. mine worked perfectly, but did you have the pc off and the 49 off, if not then do that, and then turn the pc on. then when the pc loads up hit the on swith on the 49keyz and the blue light should come on and you should here a litte bell sound to let you know...

    i would get the fw 410, because for one it's cheaper and since it's firewire it'll handle audio better than usb. i think the m box 2 is like 500 and you could get the fw 410 for 300, 260 if your a student at academicsuperstore.com
